1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash โ we cannot read it).
- Order data: products purchased, order IDs, billing country, currency.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe and Razorpay. Card and UPI details never touch our servers.
- Learning data: attempt scores, timing, and domain performance โ used to power your dashboard and readiness reports.
- Technical data: device type, browser, and anonymized analytics used to improve the Service.
2. How we use it
To deliver purchased exams, show your progress and history, send transactional emails (receipts, access, password resets, readiness alerts), provide support, prevent fraud and content abuse, and โ only if you opt in โ send new-exam announcements and offers. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

4. Sharing with processors
We share data only with services required to run the platform: payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay), email delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics โ each bound by data-processing agreements and each receiving only what it needs.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies (login sessions, cart) and optional analytics cookies. Affiliate referrals set a 60-day attribution cookie. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
6. Retention and security
Account and learning data are kept while your account is active so lifetime access works. Order records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7โ8 years). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or complete deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, subject to legally required order records. Residents of the EU/UK, California, and India (DPDP Act) have the additional rights provided by their local law, and we honour them for everyone regardless of location.
8. Children
The Service is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
