The short version: fail your real exam after completing our sets with 85%+ scores → full refund within 48 hours, no questions asked. Changed your mind early → 14-day refund if you’ve used less than one full set.
1. The 100% Pass Guarantee (60 days)
You qualify for a full refund of the purchase price if all of the following are true:
- You completed all practice sets in the purchased exam bank;
- You scored 85% or higher on each set at least once;
- You attempted the corresponding real certification exam and did not pass;
- Your real exam attempt occurred within 60 days of your purchase date;
- You submit your official score report within 14 days of the failed attempt.
2. The 14-day change-of-mind refund
Not ready to prepare yet, or bought the wrong exam? You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than one full practice set. If you bought the wrong exam, we’re also happy to simply swap it — usually the faster fix.
3. How refunds are processed

Use the refund request form or email [email protected] with your order ID.
Review — within 24 hours
We verify your order and (for pass-guarantee claims) your score report. No interviews, no negotiation.
Refund issued — within 48 hours
Money returns to your original payment method: cards/PayPal (USD) or UPI/cards via Razorpay (INR). Bank posting may take 3–7 business days depending on your provider.
4. What isn’t refundable
- Requests made more than 60 days after purchase;
- Change-of-mind requests after completing one or more full sets, or after 14 days;
- Accounts found sharing, reselling or redistributing question content (see Terms);
- Duplicate purchases already resolved by an exam swap, unless you prefer the refund.
