1. Agreement to terms
These Terms govern your use of aicertready.com and all products sold on it (“the Service”), operated by AICertReady (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal: one account per learner, and you are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts showing credential sharing or automated scraping.
3. License and permitted use
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the purchased question bank for your own exam preparation. This license does not permit copying, publishing, reselling, sharing, teaching from, or otherwise redistributing any question, answer, or explanation, in whole or in part, in any medium.
4. Payments and pricing
- All products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (USD) and Razorpay (INR); we never see or store your card details.
- Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Displayed INR/USD prices are independent list prices, not live conversions.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction unless shown at checkout.
5. Pass guarantee and refunds
Our 100% Pass Guarantee and 14-day change-of-mind refund are described in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — questions, explanations, reports, text, design, and code — is our original work or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. AICertReady is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA, Databricks, Salesforce, or any certification body; all trademarks and exam names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing accounts or distributing purchased content in any form;
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or reverse-engineering the exam engine;
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the Service;
- Misrepresenting results to claim a guarantee refund.
8. Disclaimers
Practice results are a readiness indicator, not a promise: certification outcomes depend on the vendor’s live exam, which we do not control. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Our practice questions are original works and are not actual exam questions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam fees, travel, or lost income.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections 6–9 survive termination.
11. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on your invoice (India for INR purchases; Texas, USA for USD purchases). We may update these Terms; material changes are notified by email and continued use constitutes acceptance.
